My name is Andrea Barajas and I have the pleasure to work with Christine Geddes-Sinclaire on a transaction that just hit record today on 1894 Granada Drive in Concord.  I was the loan officer for the borrower Elena Rodriguez.  This transaction was full of surprises and lots of fun due to the current lending climate and FHA requirements.  We were hit with several speed bumps along the way including value, down-payment assistance and last but not least a stolen AC unit and re-caulking of the bathtub.  This was a very painful lending transaction.

Christine was calm and cool throughout the whole transactions, as we received each new issue, she was quick to jump in and get the job done.  She renegotiated with the seller several times and was able to keep things calm and together while we struggled through the FHA loan process.  I never heard a negative word from her mouth and she never lost her cool.  Most agents we deal with in this market are loud and obnoxious and not interesting in rolling up their sleeves and working together to get it done.  Christine was a pleasure to work with, and I would welcome another opportunity to work with her again.  We were very lucky to have an excellent title company and buyers agent on our team as well.  I know nobody ever has anything nice to say, so I wanted to take a moment to let you know Christine is a keeper, and she is able to adjust and handle daily changes in lending and able to roll with the punches.  As we all know only a few of us are truly cut out for this type of work and lifestyle.
